Nothing like a fresh cup of coffee

Succumbed to mass hysteria and closed

Service was horrible, snippy rude bratty people acting more like you work for them. Actually mad I asked for a receipt. Poor quality latte, instant mix with tap water would have been better.

Coffee should be more bold, the one they serve is not strong enough.

Iced coffee is pretty watered down, so I added a shot of espresso.. still verrrrry weak.. so I added 2 more shots of espresso. Service was 5 stars. Coffee was bleh

I’m sitting in the food court watching the employees cleaning the area due to some type of spillage. They closed the area off to do maintenance. During the time, a gentleman approached the employee and she sold him an item. I approached one of the employees and asked for hot water. She said they were closed because they were having difficulties. During this time, two of the employees were having words! One wearing a grey shirt and black pants and the other wearing a purple t-shirt and black pants. Even though they were closed, it still could be heard.

Best maple brown sugar oatmeal with soy!!!

Fast, efficient, and not a bad price for their airport location. Much needed at 6:30am... Appreciate the swift service!

Stopped at Caribou for a drink/snack in between flights and was kindly greeted and served by Shannan and Samantha. They patiently waited while I tried to make up my mind, provided helpful suggestions, and were very accommodating with my special requests. I have worked in customer service and had customer service training and they receive 5 stars for their helpful attitudes in an environment where that just isn't common.

Cockroach crawling on the cream and sugar, told the staff and they said "oh" turned around and did nothing. Didn't kill it, clean or sanitize the area. (Feb 13 2020, 10:30am) Appealing.

Great customer service. Iced Coffee taste great....Not too weak or too sweet just right! Plus they give military discount always a plus! Thank you!

Unhelpful staff - incommunicative. However the coffee is good.

Coffee was lukewarm and flavor was weak. Had a caramel latte and will not get coffee here again.

Espresso or brewed it doesn't matter, Caribou is terrible coffee.
