Amazing people and excellent service

Seeing as how a data breach now has me checking my credit score, my bank account, and all my other financial stuff, nope. That and who charges $3 for a kids hot cocoa. I can get the same thing from Holiday (seriously, I did the taste test. The two are near identical) for a $1.06. Normally, price alone only drops a star or two in my ratings, but the severe data breach really kills the rest of the stars. Their saving Grace is their staff has always been courteous and accommodating. They are truly good at what they do. Corporate ruined this experience for me. I will update if I go back.

Awesome hot chocolate! Both Dark and Milk chocolate beverages are great. I found the white chocolate was too sweet for my taste.

I always enjoy my visits to this particular caribou in part because of the customers but also because of the employees and the manager Robin is exceptional

Nice spot for coffee.

As usual there is never any light roast coffee on tap, doesn't seem to matter when I come in, apparently they only offer light roast coffee to people who show up before 9 in the morning. Aside from that it's just your standard blase caribou experience, good almost over priced coffee with plenty of over priced food and stupidly expensive coffee mugs for sale.

Coffee and food were on par and service was great—Michelle went above and beyond by bringing our food out to us! Great experience. Thank you!

I got some pumpkin mocha latte. Smelled really good and tasted even better. So I was pleased with my random choice. But then I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I got in the car and was ready to eat in the car. Until I realized that they put the cream cheese in a dish. Why wouldn't they just spread it on the bagel. Pretty disappointing with that.

This was friendly Caribou. Shows by the busyness. This really was as Caribou wants to be: a community place. I felt like their selection of mugs and that sort of thing was a bit lacking and it seemed like there could be a time when it would be hard to find a seat. Nonetheless, that's a good sign. It means the ship is moderately highly trafficked and it was still clean and well managed.

Ordered two medium dark chocolate mochas with a shot of raspberry syrup and they were basically a half cup of dark chocolate. With a little frothed milk and even less espresso. Worst coffee I've ever had.

I wemt through the drive thru and they were very friendly. It's was quick service, nicely made drinks, they aren't sloppy or skimply made. Definitely recommend over the caribou in the strip with games stop across from Taco Bell. They do not have the nicest employees, amd the drinks happen to be sloppy when they come out to the customer.
