Caribou Coffee

I am a regular at this fine establishment, and have sampled nearly ALL of the food and drink options they have made available. I will say, the employee turnover rate is pretty high, but then, I have been going here since they opened up shop, so I’ve seen/met MANY different people during the many times I have frequented it. I’m there nearly every day of the year: rain, shine, snow, ice... You name it, I’ve braved it, all in the interest of getting my daily dose of coffee and/or fellowship! Two thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly staff, easy ordering, and nice seating.I have yet to meet a grumpy employee here after visiting several times. I mean, come on, there has to be at least one employee having a bad day. Where do they keep them? In the back?I really don't have any complaints about this location. The food is standard Caribou Coffee fare, and they don't have a drive through; however, I have always found the staff to be accommodating and friendly and that is what I enjoy most about this location. Thank you.

About 10 minutes before closing they let us take some of the bakery stuff for free!

Warm, friendly place. Their chai tea latte is great!

Campfire mocha is the best

New staff and management not friendly, asked a question abd the clerk turned and walked away while answering my question. There was no one else at the counter that needed help at the time

Very nice, remodeled Caribou. Mixed up my order but didnt say anything. It was interesting to try something new. Always cheery staff Been coming here for years

I go here out of convenience as it is the closest one to my house. The staff are usually friendly. My biggest issue with this caribou is how wrong they get my order sometimes. I don't know how they get it so wrong and make something that I literally couldn't have ordered bc I have no clue what it is. On top of getting my order wrong l they are often rude and flabbergasted when I ask them to correct it, which just makes me even more upset then if they had just gotten the order wrong. I am not paying $5+ for a drink that is exactly not what I ordered.

There was a line, it was rush hour, they did the best they could. They really need a drive thru. Coffee and bakery were good, as per usual for 'bou.

Love the coffee, but they need to add the Nitro coffees to this store.

This location is not my usual Caribou, however is likely my favorite location! I've been working in the area and have frequented this Caribou several times over the past couple of months. The baristas are super friendly and always happy to greet customers! Way to go team!

Best coffee place! Starbucks? Nope. This is better. Honestly, I love the smoothies. I would recommend the chocolate cooler (dark) or strawberry banana smoothie. Free WiFi! Ideal for work or relaxation. Service? Somewhat fast.

They always get my order correct and on time. Love hanging out at this Caribou :)

Staff was very helpful
