Awesome customer service. My app was not working and the manager took care of me immediately. They were fast and coffee was delicious. Great location I will definitely come back for more 5*

This has been my favorite coffee shop to visit in the several months I’ve been touring! The drinks are consistent and delicious, but my favorite part is the baristas. They’re all unbelievably nice and I’ve only had positive experiences ordering at this location. Thanks, everyone!

I've only ever purchased Peet's coffee as whole bean bags in the store, but I saw this cafe in Chicago, downtown by the Hilton and had to give it a go. In the course of three mornings, I tried the macchiato, the golden latte, and the iced golden latte. They were all heavenly!! Their everything bagel was everything you'd expect from an everything. I had mine toasted, and it was the right blend of crunch and chew. Simply a marvelous experience. Peet's cafe was fantastic, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a superior coffee experience from a truly exceptional barista staff.
