I get coffee here or the other downtown branch every single morning. The coffee is OK for a chain and the service usually very good. But I'm sick of the scarcity mentality from Caribou management and complete short sightendness and lack of consideration for customer loyalty. Even though I get my coffee every day in my own container, I was refused 3 small cups with my large brewed coffee because the policy is to give one large! Couple of weeks ago they ran a failure of a loyalty card program, where after filling like 5 different cards, I decide to redeem one, and turns out I can only get a small coffee, no possibility of upgrade with cash, and compelete lack of flexibility from staff with robotic answers. This is a rant on poor management more than anything else, and hope someone from Caribou sees this.
