I loved HP world and I hope you guys come out with a HP hotel I’m so excited. I LOVE that you can get Express tickets. What an awesome time & park. Really no complaints at all. Lines weren’t crazy long, nice staff, clean, good food & rides. WAYYY better than Disney.

Fun. Packed.. but fun. Definitely pricey, but a once in a blue moon treat, is good. Plenty of attractions to keep everyone in the family busy. Great for kids & adults. Sometimes the park is packed & the attraction rides are ridiculous, so when you decide to visit the park, is very important. You can always purchase an Express Pass & skip the lines or pick the Single Riders line. You may not be able to ride with your friends/family, but you'll definitely beat the lines.Overall, the experience is great & a lot of fun & I recommend a visit.

Awesome attractions. Tickets were a bit pricey, but it was expected. A very fun time over all! Guest Services was outstanding with help. Staff was great with help and answering questions. Will definitely go again when we’re in town!

This place went up and beyond our expectations. People were friendly at every turn, food excellent, parks clean. Anyone looking for a great time should check these places out. We would recommend them and will return.

Just the best time for families big and small alike. And note: You don’t need kids to enjoy the park!! There’s something for everyone, fans of all genres of movies and the film industry in general. Plenty of rides too. Low and slow for the little ones and big coasters for the kids at heart. Also lots of great food, all kinds and they accommodate for any kind of diet restrictions.

Love these parks.. I feel though that the last 3 years I've been coming they have been remodelling.and I'm missing out on something.I do love that you let people do the kindness rock/trinkets. It is fun hiding for others. Maybe I'll find something again this year.

I love Universal Studios, a very different feel from Disney. While the area is not as "magical" or big and seems a bit artificial it does have elements Disney is missing. The Harry Potter areas are amazing and I am not even a fan of the books or movies, dislike them actually, but the immersion of making you think you been transported to another world is very amazing. Nothing in Disney on this coast made me feel the same way.

You have read it before as people sing the praises of Universal Orlando but, it is true. These parks offer everything and have fun in store for all ages. Everything is clean, the staff are all helpful and friendly. They should have anti bacteria gel everywhere but did not. Food prices are crazy high but, they allow you to bring in a picnic lunch .Wonderful rides and if you want to have a fun time visit now. Lots of virtual reality rides so you are not sore coming off the rides.

It's always a fun adventure at Universal Studios!!! This is a great theme park. They have many rides and cool attractions!! You can walk through the streets of Hollywood and New York and check out the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!! Any fan of movies and fun should definitely visit!!

An amazing experience, last time I was in the parks was 18 years ago, so it was amazing to see how the park had evolved! It’s a super recommended thing to do! And I would recommend buying the Quick service Dining plan! It’s worth your money!!!

I think it’s fair to say that everyday feels like New Years Eve at Universal Studios Orlando. I’ve been coming to this park since I’m 10 years old for over 30 years. And each and every visit is better than the next. The park is inviting, the wait times are not long. The cleanliness is impeccable, and it feels like the safest theme park I’ve been to. Security seems to be solid and present. The food is delicious and the variety is there to choose from. If you’re travelling to Orlando for any reason at all, I highly recommend you check out Universal Studios for the perfect Orlando trip.

I absolutely love Universal Studios. I wish it was not so expensive. But well worth its a trip there. So much to see and do, between the rides and the people watching. I could easily spend two weeks there.

The rides were so much fun, but the staff leaves alot to be desired. Several employees working the rides were downright rude. We pay a ton of money to enjoy the parks only to be met with attitude and impoliteness from some of the staff. The food is pricey, but expected. Lots of character meet and greets which was a blast. Overall, we had a good time! If they get rid of those individuals who clearly don't enjoy or value their jobs, would be a great experience.

Your bus driver 4 you. Wow what can I say about universal except let the party begin. In my case we stay that the hotel which is connected to universal which is really cool nice hotel nice pool a bunch of chairs the catch a tan the cafeteria takes you back to the retro sixties . Really cool I mean this is a place where you can't help but have fun. So guys get out your wallet cause you gonna need it. Plan for a trip to take your family. The people are friendly, and is worth the money if you take your family.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful staff. They always had an answer to any question regarding the park. The park had more food, drinks, side shows, and games rather than rides. Rides were fun. Most of them were more visual effects from a screen with some motion to have a reality 4-D feel from section to section. Great large park overall but need more rides.
