Capybara is one of the best, if not THE BEST coffee spot in Knoxville. The owners are genuinely sincere, kind and very approachable and the coffee is great.

Cool place. Just stumbled on it looking for something else. Several different creative and ready approaches to brewing coffee. And the hot chocolate is the best I've had in this country. Definitely would come back here.

Hello Julie. Our amazing Capyccino made with whole milk and served on a 6oz LINO ceramic cup costs 3.50 + Tx. We recommend a sprinkle of Korintje cinnamon on top, not tradicional but always delicious.
