I have been wanting to try a boston lobster roll and clam chowder. And wow their lobster roll was amazing and the veggies that come as a side were just great. The clam chowder was thick and flavorful. Simply amazing!

Went to Captain Maddens to buy some fresh fish to cook for dinner and the halibut was fantastic. The lobster croquets were a nice addition to the meal as well and quite delicious. I look forward to buying more fresh seafood and their prepared foods for meals at home. I must try their dine in restaurant as well!

I have been here on several occasions, and the food quality is impressive. My friends are fans of the crab cakes, grilled salmon and swordfish tid bits. They have a chocolate mousse cake which is delicious.

Captain Marden's is like a beach restaurant including the whitewashed boards and nautical decor. Very casual. Warm, sweet cornbread is served to start. The fish is really fresh and not overcooked. The fries are hot and crispy and not at all greasy. No such is sold, but byo is fine. The waitstaff are young, attentive, and well trained. Imho, better for lunch than dinner. Prices are high, as you might expect, since fresh seafood is the main fare and location is in Wellesley.
