I have no problems with the food. It’s the rudeness and ignorance of the person taking orders in the drive through line that I am upset with. Third time I have given up trying to place an order and just left the line and went to get Mexican food instead

I usually have to wait a little bit for my order because I always get the seafood feast, but it's always hot and delicious.

Being allergic to shrimp I appreciate the fact that the chicken (which I love) is cooked separate to the shrimp and fish.

Absolutely live our Capt Dsin Jvile..manager is always so happy and cheerful I just love being served by her. Makes our dinner away from home very pleasant!!!

Food is always good and what you expect from a captain ds. This would probably be my favorite captain d to go to. But add drink to your meals captain d's.

Jacksonville Captain D's is the best. Their food is fresh & very tasty. The staff is very friendly & efficient. The restaurant is always neat & clean. It is a great place to eat!

Don't get the corn on the cob, old, previously frozen corn that's overcooked. I've tried three different times in 6 weeks, best was terrible, worst was inedible. Fish used to be light and flaky, now it's soft and soggy, but still tastes good. They switched from coke to Pepsi, so I got the iced tea. When I asked if the iced tea should have ice in it, they laughed and said of course not. It was warm, about 95 F! ::He shrugs his shoulders:: Captain Ds used to be a nice change of pace. I think it will be some time before I return.

I came Through Last night. Cashier named Breanna was working Drive Thru. My order was a little off at first. She made it right & Was fast paced as they were very busy. She corrected my order & Got me taken care of in a Very formal fast manor. Also a Thank u to the kitchen worker as I understand how irritating it can be when you’re very busy and have a complaining customer. Great job Captain ds!!
