The fish here is good, but the staff. Amazing. The people we dealt with we're extremely attentive and patient. I'd eat here again just to support them. The atmosphere is pretty dated, but we're here for some fish, right?

The person running the register had a very bad attitude. In my opinion she shouldn't have been on the register. Lines were long inside and outside. They have to do better.

Food great but took 20 minutes between time i ordered and got food through drive thru. Havent tried mac n cheese yet but have feeling it's not going to be great as lid is cracked and looks dried out on top (.89 extra) Photo added

Captain D's is my "go to" for good seafood when I don't have time to stop and take my time. They did not disappoint this time either. The quality of their fish and other products is always wonderful, and the batter on their fish is unbeaten. When I'm traveling (a lot), this is one of my favorites. I look at the signs at exits to be sure there's a Captain D's before I pull off that exit!

Love the food but I think this one needs to be cleaner especially the bathroom. And they need more than one cash register open inside cause during lunch and supper it's a very long wait in line and usually lined up out the door. And most of the employees could be friendlier. Most of them is not friendly at all. Actually I've only met 2 employees there that is friendly and I've been going in there for a long time. Most of them are rude really.

I really love Captain D's. The staff made me feel special. Excellent service!! It's hard to believe it's "fast food". Very good quality!! Tasted awesome!! I'll be back again and again.

They didn't have the $5 meals advertised on TV and the shrimp were very greasy. Fries, fish and hush puppies were good. Customer service was good. Dining area needs updating. Would have given given 2.5 stars if available.
