Great sandwich place. Amazing, huge sandwiches for a good price. My only complaint is Jayla, who treated me so poorly today when my limping husband was on the phone and didn’t pick his sandwich up right away. Not to mention, she was reading the name entirely wrong so we wouldn’t have known it was ready anyway. I shouldn’t have to be treated rudely at your place of business when I go there very often to buy sandwiches.

I heard really good reviews about this place so between a busy day at the hospital my coworker and I decided to stop by and try them out . As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a customer who was nice to us. But the kindness Ended there. I proceeded to walk up look at the menu and order , the young lady at the register was just bland , slightly rude . Like I was bothering her in placing my order . Took about 10 minutes to receive my food (normal), as my name is called i walked up and my sandwich was thrown on the counter like I’m a dog to grab it. Not Cool . The food is good but the workers lack customer service .

This was the first time I have been here. The young man on register was polite; he was being trained. The manager on the other hand was RUDE! I asked the cashier if they could be cautious when making the salad cause it was for someone with celiac. The cashier said he had to go ask. He walked over to her, asked if the salad could be not contaminated with gluten and she made a nasty remark about it. Then she proceeded to come over with an attitude as if I was asking for a non medical reason and had to explain it was for someone with an actual problem not just some made up health thing. Also, the only employee in the entire place that had his mask on correctly and the entire time, was the cashier. The others either didn't have one on or had it under their chin. The food was good but I won't be returning anytime soon.

I loved this place till recently. They changed the menu. They no longer have the Cran Slam. They also changed the bread type. My sandwich was all bread and very little meat. So disappointed and not coming back. Hopefully the Kent Island location hasn't changed.

Best sandwich in America-- not just a marketing claim. Get a Bobby...you won't regret it

I didn't give it five stars because they're out of Pepsi in the bottle, unless you want it to be the diet variety. :-( sandwiches are always wonderful.

This place is excellent and spacious, the menu was delightful and the prices were very fair. quickly, efficient service and very welcoming staff. Recommended.

Ordered the pastrami and it was simply ok. Most of the tables were dirty and it wasn’t because it was busy. Place was empty. The staff was nice for sure.

The subs here are the best. The size is very large. You definitely get your money's worth here.
