We arrived 10 mins early for our reservation was was pleasantly please they seated us as soon as we arrived. Off to a good start. Drinks came fairly quick and that was the end of the quickness. They couldn’t figure out our table for the apps. And there was only three tables sat where we were. We then waited over an hour for our entrées. When they finally arrived the food was good and the manager offer our next round of drinks was on him. Up next dessert. Again we waited. This time it took 15 mins to bring out a piece of cheesecake and bread pudding. No silverware. 5 more mins lapsed till we got attention to get silverware. This by far was a very unappetizing meal. We will not return.

Very slow service. Out of a lot of things. Took 20 minutes for a wedge salad and 40 minutes for rare tuna. The entree was dropped off and the server ran away without asking if I needed anything else. The entree was dry and bland.

I rarely write reviews but we just had an awful experience at this restaurant I feel I have to share. We walked in and there wasn’t a single person in the restaurant, maybe that should have been our first clue to leave. The waitress goes to sit us at a very small table for 2 when there’s no one in the restaurant so I had to ask if we can be sat at a slightly larger table to have more room. We started off with the amalfi mule and it was mediocre. Then we got a ceasar salad which was awful, the taste of the dressing was very acidic and not enjoyable. We ordered two pasta dishes for entrees, the first one had a black hair in it!! We didn’t even eat that one cause we were done after seeing that hair. The second entree was the fettuccine Alfredo with added grilled chicken. The sauce was not an Alfredo, it was basically a butter sauce with a touch of cream. Its also suppose to come with broccolini but comes with chunks of broccoli stalks- just looks like frozen broccoli from a bag. Not a single broccoli floret. The added chicken was inedible- wouldn’t even dare try it. We were done at this point and asked for the check- $56 for a meal we didn’t enjoy a single thing from. So we give the waitress $60 and asked for change of a $10 bill, she said “we don’t have a register but I can ask the bartenders if they have change of the $10” and I just can’t comprehend how a restaurant doesn’t have a register to give customers change back. So the waitress comes back with change of the $10 bill and doesn’t give us the change from our bill she said she would have to go to the hotel front desk to get us change, and usually they only give change back to people who need change back of large bills. The whole experience was horrible and I’m mad we wasted $56 for that meal.

Had a wonderful experience with my wife. Very pleasant atmosphere and our server was most attentive. My wife and I enjoyed the excellent bar selections, and The muscles and a salad. The salmon and ribeye were top notch, but the french fries stole the show!!!

When there for a retirement party I did not order off the menu so I can't comment on the food but the service was spot on.

It's not about making a mistake, but rather how you CORRECT - the mistake. And that's one of the reasons I'm giving this establishment (5) Stars. Because the General Manager Mr.Scott Blumenthal handled my situation with grace professionalism and ease. Like a Fanduel no sweat bet. I explained to him my issue with the dinner I had ordered that Friday. He in turn suggested I come on down and allow him the opportunity rectify the matter. And he did with GRACE. I really appreciate his handling the matter efficiently and promptly. 5☆☆☆☆☆

The service and drinks were great, my only complaint was my food was a lil bland. I thought I was getting shrimp and chicken fettuccine with a creamy cream of mushrooms sauce, but instead it was a broth. I put salt and pepper but I feel it just needed a little more. I would eat here again but I would probably get the salmon instead because I had a friend rave about it. For dessert me and my friend had something called Pavlova and it was different but pretty good.

Poor customer service skills, staff just a need more training I believe. We arrived to the restaurant, it took 10 mins for someone to acknowledge us. They let us know someone would be with us to help. Another 10 mins passed and two ladies told us someone would be with us to soon. Then 5 mins passed. There were empty tables available which made the wait a bit annoying. We were finally greeted and we told them we had reservations. They told us to have a sit and wait until our table was ready. We sat for another 15 mins or so to be seated. The table behind us had a large spill on it with a rag as if someone started but didn’t finish cleaning it. It remained that way for at least 30 mins after we were seated. The waiter came by and placed our water down. There were times she would pass us without asking if our table was okay. Finally she came back and we ordered our drinks and meals. Midway through she began engaging with a older couple behind us which I felt was a but rude because she did not give our table much attention. In an attempt to take our menus back she just pointed instead of speaking which also felt rude. Our food came out but it wasn’t very good and gave my partner an upset stomach. The ambience and vibe of the restaurant is very nice so it was disappointing. I think they have great potential but are lacking in a lot of areas at the moment. I have higher expectations for restaurants attached to hotels because I am a hotelier myself and know the importance of ensuring a great guest experience.

I took my wife my here for a date night, the calamari our appetizers was decent the it's saving grace was the sauce was exceptional, now the cocktails were not half bad either. I had called in roughly a week ahead because I wanted a good seat and we got put into a small dirty corner with leaves on the ground. The staff were absentee and not attentive, and the worst part was the food, my wife got the ribeye(41$) according to her the filet at longhorn steak house is better which is roughly 30 if my memory serves, the chicken parm which was my order was somehow moist on the outside for chicken parm (fried) and the inside it was tough and unedible. For a Italian steak house, a pricey one at that I expect those 2 dishes to be delicious. You can not charge 41 for chillis level steak. Bottom line if I got this at chillies I still would have sent back my chicken parm because it wasn't even on thier level, it's not worth the money you spend you will get better food at longhorn.

The Chicken was way under cooked and had to be sent back. They did the right thing and did not charge us.
