Inside Capitol Building and the food was good.

Clean spot, predictable, and fast. Great place to grab lunch during a busy day. We've used them for catering too- continental breakfast type, coffee break coffee, tea, and cookies, and lunch. They weren't expensive and everything was fresh. Not bad at all, for what it is.

The food here is decent for the most part, but you really have to watch your portions. Unlike the grill, your food from the buffet is priced (very aggressively) by weight so your breakfast or lunch can easily cost double what the same order would cost at a Starbucks or other chain. My two cents? Stick to the grill or go for better quality at another nearby establishment.
