Capital Gastropub

I was there for a special event on the second floor. There were only. A few beer selection s available but they were excellent ones. Food was a buffet so I didn't get to choose what I wanted but it was fantastic. I will definitely return next time I'm in Harrisburg.

I have only been here on Saturday night for grabbing some drinks with friends. The rooftop bar is amazing! Excellent beer selection and wiskey selection. The bartenders are so fun and play the best music!! It's a great atmosphere and I will be heading here to try the food soon as well!

I'll be honest, I don't know how this place doesn't have a worse rating. My fiancee and I checked this place out when it first opened, and it was underwhelming. We recently went back to give it a second chance. The service was okay, but the food was atrocious. My fiancee got the short rib mac and cheese, which had virtually no cheese in it, save a small handful of shredded cheese dropped on top. I ordered the short ribs, and I swear they cut all the meat off my meal to have something to put in her dish. The dip for the truffle fries looked as if someone had already eaten out of it. The prices would have been appropriate if the food was actually good. To top it off, most of the lights in the section we sat in were turned off (not in a romantic way, in an eye-straining sort of way). Altogether, you're better off eating drive-thru food and getting what you paid for.
