Visited this establishment for a bachelorette party I was co-hosting.....let me say total nightmare.1. We booked a private room, the overbooked our room and gave it away to another2. We found hair in our champagne glass.3. It took an hour to get 4 entrees. 4. Supervisor on duty, Trish, chose to transfer me to a voicemail instead of addressing my issue.I am very disappointed in our visit. There is clearly an opportunity with what is considered acceptable by the staff here. This is a relection of very poor management. I would never ever return here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Bartender was terrific. The decor of the seating area was really well done. My drink was complimentary for being a guest at the hotel, and tasted very good. The drink prices are crazy, however. That alone knocks off a couple of stars. Just too rich for my blood.

This lovely dining experience is a MUST when visiting Palm Springs. From the gorgeous aesthetics of the outdoor patio to the warm and attentive staff, you are certain to have a pristine experience. Above all, the food and menu selections were top notch.Highly recommend!!

We love the Riviera and we love everything about their poolside restaurant except they are always SO FREAKING SLOW...lord, it kills when you are starving and the service is crazy slow.

This place is awesome. Is one of the best hotel in town. I ordered a filet Mignon, that chef it cook my steak; did it great job. The server said ,He is Salvadorean. Know wonder!

Great place I would recommend this to anyone!! You will not be let down!

Requested my fillet mignon medium, but received a well steak with very little to no pink. Was dryer then my glass of wine. Was offered a free desert that’s not even a quarter of the price of my meal. Declined and upset considering the price I paid.

Food was delicious but it took along time to get our food

We enjoyed the excellent service, delicious food and the sophisticated atmosphere. We sat indoors but we want to try outdoor seating next time. Loved watching the cute kitties that visit there!

I ordered the short rib, asparagus, fries and a ceaser salad. All my food was extremely bland and at the end the only food i ate was the salad. I was noy happy.

Food was delicious and service was also wonderful!

Best tasting restaurants I've been to in a while. Fish dip, octopus, shishito peppers, ham, and the scallops. All very good. Been here twice this week so far

I actually went to a seminar within the building of the Riviera but the restaurant is simply beautiful and it looks like a very nice high quality fine dining restaurant

Portions were large. Food tasted incredible. Staff was over the top with niceness. Everything was clean.
