WOW WOW Amazing food and customer service when clean!!

Great authentic food, reasonable prices. Came with chips and salsa - 1 small bowl of chips and 1 cup of salsa to be shared. The chips were thick and crisp. The salsa was not spicy was alright. I believe they charge extra if you want any more chips or salsa. A very small restaurant and really didn't seem maintained super well hence the 3 stars. It needed some repairs inside and the bathrooms were dirty and opened up to the outside public. Pork Tamale pictured was spicy. Loaded beef nachos were delicious and pictured without the jalapenos.

They don’t have tacos al pastor which is quite frankly the first thing I look for in authentic Mexican BUT they make up for it with they’re amazing Chile verde and great, friendly service. Locally made fresh juices are available which definitely sets them apart, I think. Cheap margaritas on certain days and yummy frozen ones offered always. Definitely a favorite and will always come back.

Very good food. One of the best veggie burrito i had. The chef put effort for the customized order and delivered best. Staff is very kind and friendly. A good spot for an authentic mexican food.

Cancun is not a large place, but it's usually 3/4's full. They serve homemade chips and salsa when you are first seated. They are quite good. The main plates are comfort food. (Did you know that Mexican food can be comfort food?) Prices are good. Less expensive than many burger joints. Portions are good, not too large.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. It's close to City Creek, so it's an easy walk if you're out shopping. The fajitas were good and the chimichanga was delicious, but what I was most impressed with was the service. Our waiter was the perfect balance of attentive but not overbearing. He offered us two types of salsa when we mentioned we like things spicy, and even brought us a side of jalapenos on the house. Make sure you end your meal with the fried ice cream, and tip well!

When I lived in salt lake and wanted enchiladas, this is the place I'd go to. I love their food and you honestly get a pretty good amount for the price too.

This was my first time to the Cancun Cafe, and it was excellent! The service was quick, chips and salsa came right out and the chips were made in-house and they were the best I’ve had in a while! I ordered the enchilada lunch special that comes with a tostada, beans, and rice. I’ve been told the fish tacos are really good. I will be going back soon to try it!!

Love taco Tuesday here!! Their fish taco is AMAZing. Margaritas are refreshing. Atmosphere is inviting and cozy!

Very good food. You can not go wrong with any menu items! If you like chips and salsa, these guys hit a homerun. They are awesome!!This location is only open for lunch, 10:30am to 3pm.

Great atmosphere, service, and the food was delicious and fairly priced. My man said he really likes his margarita, which is actually why we came was the ad in the paper for cheap margaritas and Taco Tuesdays.

Super Delicious food and Great customer service!! Just be careful where you park when you come to this restaurant because you can get parking tickets easily......

Great mexican food, good specials and good service!! So glad to have great food after having such a terrible experience at another Mexican restaurant! Such a great place!
