Best Chinese food that I have ever had!! Everything is so delicious and savory. The restaurant is kept clean and nicely decorated. Their staff is attentive and very friendly. They definitely know how to treat their customers. The portions are just the perfect size. I ordered 2 bowls of soup, a bowl of white rice, 2 plates of entrees, and one plate of chicken and rice and only paid $29. I love this place so much and cannot wait to come back!!

I love going to Canaan for Chinese food. Their portions are great, especially if you go for their lunch hour. Their beef spring roll is light and fresh. The chicken fried rice and orange chicken are my favorite
