Campos Roastery & Kitchen

Wonderful addition to downtown SLC coffee scene, especially for “coffee foodies”. We originally intended to just grab a cup to go and loved the vibe so stayed for breakfast which was great. They have flights which allow you to try the same coffee bean prepared 3 different ways. Persimmon and ricotta toast with hazelnuts and balsamic reduction was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Veggie burger had the best thin sliced pickles which gave it a unique flavor and the fries (breakfast fries? Lol) were perfect. A tad pricey, but given the mission of the company, “Quality Coffee Cultivated by Good,” worth it for us.

I can’t say enough good things about Campos. The atmosphere is gorgeous. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Always makes a place even better The coffee and food are absolutely AMAZING. It’s a great spot to try some delicious new coffee. The espresso is some of the creamiest most wonderful espresso I’ve ever had. They have a huge variety of mimosas to make brunch that much better too! Their eggs Benedict is my personal go to & the Australian iced coffees are such an awesome treat. Campos is an all time favorite of mine & I can’t recommend it enough! @hhungryhhomies
