The ingredients in that are: bread flour, whole wheat flour, cracked wheat, oat flakes, rye flour, hulled millet, corn grits, spelt, flax seeds, molasses, water, yeast, and salt. Hi Linwood! Thank you for reaching out! So sorry about that; we do indeed usually start shutting down our espresso machine a little while before we close to allow our baristas time to do proper cleaning and maintenance on the espresso machine before they leave for the evening. The timing on that can vary a little bit, but typically they close down half of the machine at about 5:30 and close the rest of the machine completely at around 5:45. We appreciate your support and hope this won't be too much of a bother for you!

Sufficient yes. Ample would alter the character of this lovely bakery!

We make chocolate babka every year around the holidays, usually starting the first week in December!
