Place and service are nice. Good was not so much interesting that expected but also not bad. Cubaens burger is much better than cubana sandwich (have no idea why second is more popular)

Amazing concept of a Chinese Cuban hybrid restaurant in honor of the Chinatown in Havana. Really great idea. Staff and bartender were excellent and very professional. Nice happy hour where I tried Cubano sliders with fried plantain patties instead of bread. Great drinks and really fun decoration inside featuring old artwork and other Cuban style appointments. I will definitely be back. They also serve brunch so that must be very fun as well.

Food was good but space was tight especially in the front window area where my friend and I sat. The round tables also didn’t offer much space for all the drinks, appetizers and entrees we ordered. Regarding entrees, the chicken and yellow rice was great, but portion-wise, one is enough for two people. Had to take home the other half of my chicken and some of my friend’s pork with fried rice for lunch at the office tomorrow. Nice atmosphere with the music.

Good food - great portions and delicious flavors. Big fan of their take on the French toast and the salads. Their service was good too. Unfortunately, we did not like their fries. Also, the restaurant is really really loud, so would not recommend unless you’re going for bottomless brunch with a large crew.

Could not recommend this place enough!! Staff were extremely accommodating in seating our group, bottomless drink menu allowed us choose and swap whatever cocktail we wanted, food was great!! On top of location being fantastic to my office in midtown, Ricky was an incredible waiter - can’t wait for my next round of Guava screwdrivers with him!!

Great food and great service. As far as fusion going it pretty good. Great drinks and vibes. Definitely worth you time to check it out and experience something new and magical.

Great ambience with a romantic atmosphere and wonderful Cuban music playing in the background. I recently visited Little Havana in Miami and this place in New York City just made me feel that I am back to Little Havana. Their happy hours are very affordable and the service is top class

Great place for sunday brunch. Big selection of the unlimited drinks option. The food was lacking a bit and was overpriced. Wait staff were okay.

Added one more star for service. Otherwise it will be two stars... Fried dish was way over cooked. I see how chefs want to have fusion in the dishes. But for some reason most of them were pretty bad combination. Mocha tres leches was kinda weird, especially with hard texture cake... Two stars were earned from paella. And dumbs up for service, though it was packed, our waiter was very attentive. Would probably go back for happy hour for drinks, but not so much for appetizers

The service is amazing. The staff really makes you feel at home and is attentive to your needs and wants! I will definitely be back for another date breakfast. The bottomless is from 11am-4pm even on weekdays for $26 (food not included). The selection for the bottomless is varied and will capture different taste buds. The food was amazing and I definitely enjoyed the pops that arrived at the end of the bottomless were the perfect end to my exploration of the city. If you are looking for a clean, happy, organic, and yummy experience please visit this restaurant! Hope to see you there!

Good quality restaurant close to Bryant Park, although it was a little noisy. Oysters were available for $3 per piece (minimum order six) but they weren't the freshest. The seafood black rice risotto was flavourful and substantial.

This is a cute place with character and tasty food. The service is good as well. I got the salmon..the sauce is very spicy but full of flavor and my friend got the tofu stir fry entree. We ordered tostones which were a little dry and lacking flavor but the dipping sauce they gave was good..just needed to come with more of it. They offer some authentic and unique options. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back again.

Calle Dao was an unexpected find whilst roaming around looking for something to eat. Fusion was done really well, not tacky at all. Food and flavor wise, it is definitely more on the Chinese than it is Cuban. There is a great atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Not many options for a quick, reasonably priced, rather authentic, healthy bite, that is not a nonsense chain restaurant in this area. I have had two business lunches here and it seems to please most pallets. Good lunch spot for sure.
