First time going to a California Tortilla, wasn't overly imptessed. The atmosphere is okay, what you would expect. The staff seemed like they needed some energy drinks or coffee. The chips were okay. If you are not picky and want some fast food type food then this is an okay place. I would choose a Chipotle over this place though.
