California Tortilla

Decent place go eat at, love the bowls. Tacos are okay. Usually feel a little sick afterwards. Fast food type of feel. Nothing too special but check it out if you're craving tacos.

Fish tacos are nice

I have to give a 4 as we came to eat at 6:20 where I ordered a meal for myself and my son for dine in but see a sign on the way out saying kids eat free on Wednesday but we were charged. Food is good. It's definitely crowded inside and in the parking lot.

I agree kids have to train if they are going to be good employees, I have trained many myself. But when it is your first time trying a place with NO assistance at the register because the kid was brand new (as the young boy stated to us because he could not answer our questions about the menu) and NOT trained, it is a bit discouraging. The worst thing is that an experienced woman came up to help from the back, had a disgusted look in her face because the young employee had entered our order wrong. We got through that to find out we were over charged because of the lack of experience and then the lack of common sense from the lady that helped. May go back to a California Tortilla again, but NEVER this location. I went and asked her whyvqe were charged the way we were when I saw the receipt details and again she offered NO help, understanding or compensation. If I could, I would have given zero stars. No excuse.

The service is good but the food is just not something we like. This chain is the epitome of Americans making Mexican food. It just doesn't have an authentic taste at all.

As a transplanted Californian, this place causes at least a 'blush' if not downright shame. This is just fast food (sometimes good enough) edible - but not memorable. Bland - by intent, often greasy - and too frequently - luke warm. Dine here in desperation.😝

Not very good

The nastiest salad i've ever had. Very poor quality. $10.00 for some lettuce with cold gross chicken and a huge glob of guacamole...rip off. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience! . I ordered a bowl and they served a burrito . I asked them about it , the lady was rude and the bowl they served was a kids size meal with just lettuce and only spoonful of rice and few pieces of chicken.Food quantity and quality is not even worth a $1 for which I paid around $8 . I will never ever go to California Tortilla @ Brambleton again. I had to spend another $8 to get my lunch at a different place. Worst customer service!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Good burritos, nice salad bowls, and a splendid collection of sauces. If you like quality mexican food this is your restaurant.

Tasty, healthy food at a decent price.

I like the California tortilla food but at this location I didn’t like the experience. When I looked at the staff I questioned myself “why are they wearing heavy jackets?” Well I went to order my food and the staff was friendly, but when I went to go eat and took my jacket off, it was freezing inside. It felt like it was snowing INSIDE. I think the AC might be broken but I don’t know. I couldn’t eat inside so I went to my car and turned the AC on at full blast and enjoyed my food their. I won’t be eating at this location because of the temps. Please fix the air conditioning and I will be coming back. Thanks!

Worst tacos, the kitchen staff made it in like 30 seconds which was a red flag for me but I was like maybe they’ve everything hot. The tacos were cold, the chicken and steak were old. Will not recommend!!!

Good food and friendly people. I had the classic street tacos and selected a hot sauce from their large collection. Enjoyed the meal. Was pleasantly greeted when we ordered and as we left. Would go back again, no doubt.

To over priced and service isn't great. Received wrong order constantly and prices for a generic taco is overwhelming.
