Slice of heaven or CALIFORNIA PIZZA OVEN Literally just ordered this piece of fresh hell. Pizza arrived uncut disgusting probably frozen and my 20 wings were instead 6 tenders and fries.. we salvaged the tenders and trashed everything elseCalled back with same result. Got the word from hotel staff they may even try and take your cc info. Turning into BBB or someone asap. Please dont go here. We knew we should have asked front desk if any good. Only 1 star because 0 wasnt an option.

Worst French Fries in town. Fries are charred and over cooked. Late delivery. Really can't understand how could they deliver this quality of food to customers. Definitely will never order from Italian Heaven again.

We ordered a Supreme pizza and it came with just bell peppers and Pepperoni on it, the pizza wasn't cut right, and it was over priced. We got a salad as well and the Lettuce was old. The cheese sticks we ordered were cold as was the rest of the food. We ordered garlic bread and didn't get it. The delivery guy tried to get 10 extra dollars off of me as well. Very bad food, not worth the price at all.

I recommend calling by phone and insisting with the return. In our case, they requested the deposit in cash at the time of check in and they also delivered it at the time of check out.

It's a good hotel. This Disney area, very close to the big parks 15 minute drive. It is a safe area. The hotel does not offer service per se. But the city has Uber service, Lift and other companies who provide shuttle service at good prices. The hope with your family to enjoy your stay wue.

They do have shuttle; not sure if they are free. I suggest that you call them directly.
