California Pizza Kitchen

Summary: slow and bad service. 2 hour wait, poor service and rude.Upon arriving the outdoor patio was closed, though it was very dry and not raining. The manager said they had not staffed for outdoor seating which is very strange on Mother's Day.We were told it would be an hour wait. Then upon waiting an hour we returned to get our seats to find they would like us to wait another 45 minutes. After two hours of waiting we finally were seated. We requested some bread as we now very hungry from the wait. They told there was no bread available at this time. Then a few minutes later the table that arrived next to us received their bread to eat. I am very disappointed the experience here and service/management. I highly suggest you make plans elsewhere especially during busy times as they are very very slow and wasted part of afternoon unnecessarily. The wait was not even acknowledged in any form of discount or apology.

I am a strong advocate of service. No matter how the good food is.Our server might had a rough day, but service was quite dry. I truly understand that it was crowded, but you need to be attentive to your guests. Small things like straw and repeating the order matters. Now coming to food, Thai Salad and spicy chipotle pizza was the highlight

Saturday lunch time and no wait. Menu had lots of options and more than I anticipated weren’t pizza. Although we went there for pizza, I ended up with a power bowl and it was FANTASTIC! My daughter had the carne asada pizza and said it was great as well. Noticed they had gluten free as well as cauliflower crust options so I feel like this would be a good place for people dieting as well as those that aren’t to all be satisfied with the menu. Server always had our drinks full and BONUS, take a pizza home to bake yourself later for $7 😳. I bet it will be fantastic as well. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant was clean, I highly recommendEdit: adding take and bake pics. Pizza was fantastic even baked at home, only complaint was there weren’t baking instructions included, so I googled them and found them quickly (pictured with this review)

Wow the food is just awsome with timely service

We love what CPK did for 24 hours of booty. They were willing to donate 20% of each of their checks towards cancer research. My granddaughters LOVE the food they get there every time they go, and there is one waiter named Chase who is SO NICE and every time they come in, he knows EXACTLY what they want! My son loved the BBQ chicken salad and my 10 year old granddaughter said the baked potato soup was OFF THE HOOK!

Unprofessional waiters. Second time presented with under mediocre service. Truly sad, as their food is so good.

Absolutely trash service. If you want pizza from here order it to go. Not a pleasant experience.

Where has Butter Cake been All my. OMG! This cake is Super rich & buttery, no ice cream required.

My service was good. Food was so-so. My food came out cold. Dinning room looked shabby and not well maintained (stains on the booth, dirty floors). For a higher end resturant that serves $30 entrees I expect a better atmosphere. I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Very good pizza. Not great, but probably the best of the chains. Toppings need to cover a little more of the crust, but, that's how they make money I guess. Nice beer selection with a few local brews.

The food is great and it serves it purpose for a great date night

Went in to pick up a pizza only to be told it was never made. Keep up the great work guys. Way to go above and beyond. Brixx pizza here I come. You have been warned!

The service was great and the pizza I ordered was easily the best I've had. Nice open kitchen too.

Great spot for an after mall dinner. Nothing special but definitely not average. Pizza was great but all in all it was just good.
