Realy lovely cupcakes. My best friend bought 12 cupcakes for my birthday. I really loved the 24 karat cakes. Overall they were really delicious.

I had to give it one star in order to comment. The woman who served us was lovely, the cupcakes were horrible. Supposed to be fresh, we're so, so dry. We bought half a dozen, threw them all out. Never again., dry. We had half a dozen and after one small bite, threw them out. Stop Stopped Stopped

Customer service was excellent. I was able to sit down and speak with Jason about the different cakes and cupcakes for an upcoming event. I was able to rely on his design expertise by talking to him about my vision... sampled a cupcake or two (smile) and they were amazing ..the cake was out of this world yummy... Thank you Jason and team..

T​he staff at Cake by Jason is Great! Jason, Kelly and the Team are so helpful and friendly. For our reception we decided to go with an assortment of mini, regular and gluten free cupcakes, the flavors are over the top. The cupcake tower display was beautiful and everyone loved all the options. We received so many compliments on the cupcakes, "best we've ever had"!!My favorite is the German Chocolate but everything was amazing! Jason and Team, Thank you!

I have ordered before and never was disappointed, but this time I was. I ordered a Cinderella inspired cake for a friend's birthday and the slipper looked like a 4th grader assembled it. I've seen so much of Jason's work I was shocked this was what I was given. Unfortunately looking at it from.the front at the store didn't seem so bad but from the side was embarrassing.

Cute place! They have breakfast items and coffee options if you're looking to stay or a great selection of desserts to go.

We had such high hopes but unfortunately disappointed in the quality. Cake was over cooked and dry as a bone. The buttercream frosting tasted more like Crisco as the base than butter and was also very dry and literally crumbled off the sides as it was cut. This was 3 hrs after it was picked up so had nothing to do with our storage despite following the directions. Not sure how this won cake wars as I've had similar quality and better cake texture and moisture from a grocery store cake.

Just getting to it, was around Valentine's. I came in with my sister and it was our first time there, and we were deciding which cupcakes to get but this gentleman rudely asked if we were ready to order, even though it was quite obvious we were still looking at their choices. Plus, he didn't even greet us, but greets the old lady behind us. Cupcakes were a bit on the pricier side and wasn't really impressed with its quality.
