It was ok. It is very understaffed. No one to help you with any questions you might have. Theu do have a ton of stuff though.

I went to the new store, its large, clean, plenty room and all the products are on shelves and in order. Really neat and every item has a place on the shelves or hanging on the walls. Everything is easy to see, and reach. I always liked the store and its really nice now.

Best place for cake supplies and wonderful customer service.

You cannot find a better place to find cake, cookie, candy supplies, etc. etc. the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very happy to share it and give advice. I am always very excited to go there to get what I need. The entire family has always been extremely helpful.

The best place I know of for all things cake decorating. And I mean all things.

It is a really large store, lots and lots of cake boards, cake boxes, stands, etc. There is a wall of cookie cutters plus aisles of cupcake toppers and molds for candy and chocolate making. They have all kinds of decorative cake and shortbread pans, as well as Fat Daddio cake pans of all sizes. They have Americolor Gel food coloring. I'm not sure if they have ingredient supplies though? I've only gone once and I wasn't sure if I was allowed in the back half of the store. Also someone was looking for a specific cookie cutter that they didnt have, but an employee took a different cookie cutter and molded it into the one they were looking for (he took a bridal dress shape to make a beer mug out of it). Not sure how it turned out, but really cool if you're in a pinch.

This is they're third location since I became their customer. I've taken classes , Shirley is patient and kind as she teaches. She's so talented , teaching lefties effortlessly. She taught fondant classes long before it was a well known medium. Prices are better than the big box stores. And having an experienced cake and candy expert to answer questions is priceless. My first class was in 1987. Thank you for all of the great service. I miss seeing David when I visit as well.

Very large store with an enormous selection! And the employees are helpful and friendly. The pictures I added don't even show the entire store.
