Caffe Palermo

During my first 4-day trip to NYC I came to eat cannolis from Palermo twice. The best of the best now I am having hard time forgetting the taste while I’m back home !

I love this place 10/10 will definitely will come back!! Best cannoli I've ever had hands down! Staff here is very friendly and very helpful!!

The most amazing cannoli ever and brilliant staff

This is the best cannolis on earth! They advertise that they are the King of Cannoli and it is true. Get the sampler cannoli. Come with cheese, chocolate, and regular. AWESOME!!

The pastries were good. I at lest liked them I dont know if any of y'all has been their before. But I personally liked the pastries at Palermo.

I only tried the cannoli, and it was good, I just have super high expectations. I would say it's a bit too sweet, and I'm not a huge fan of chocolate chips in the filling. I also wish they filled it right when you order. The service was good and it was nice that they don't have a minimum for using a card.

Great if not the best Canoli's in NY. We love coming here after having a meal in Little Italy or Chinatown. We usually go right for dessert and you can't beat the freshly made cannoli. The shell is thick and crisp and the cream has the perfect thick consistency while still being creamy and the combination is not too sweet. I would skip the cappacino as it was too milky and not strong enough. Better places for that. My wife did get a Tiramisu and it was excellent as well. But I would grab a cannoli and bask in this wonderful NYC experience.

Great pastry shop. Never miss it when visiting NYC. Baby John is a fantastic host. Lots of fun!

Nice traditional place. The canolis are as good as in Sicily. It is worth trying one 😊

I really loved the cannoli's! The staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for recommendations and not only the staff, but some customers told me of all the goodies they loved here. Of course I couldn't get them all, but the goodies I did get that were recommended were out of this world yummy! This was my first visit as I am from the south and had never had a cannoli before. I was not disappointed. If I'm ever close to here again I will definitely be coming back.

Stopped in randomly and grabbed a couple cannolis and a cappuccino… The service was very attentive and friendly and the cannolis were off the charts delicious.Only wish we could have brought a box of cannolis home… They were that good!
