Absolutely amazing! Not the typical Italian food or restaurant, you truly Taste and feel the authenticity of a New York Italian restaurant. All the food is so delicious, staff is wonderful, and very friendly and the restaurant itself is So clean. THIS IS REAL ITALIAN FOOD! A life long customer!

I’ve been to Cafe Paisano’s several times. The service has always been friendly and helpful and I’ve never been made to feel rushed. Great pizza and calzones as well as anything else I’ve ever had, and the portions are very generous. Located by the railroad tracks on 434, it is about half way between Altamonte Springs and Oviedo/ Winter Springs. Very friendly - almost “old fashioned neighborhood” atmosphere.

I call this marvelous place often since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is outline this place. The personel is very loyal and qualified. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Also, the food they prepare is highly distinguished. I have been there many times and I was always satisfied. The expense is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.

An outstanding Chicken Marsala, delicioso garlic bread, amazing service, and my daughter loved the spaghetti with meatballs.. She also loved the soup and I enjoyed my garden salad 😊 My new Italian little spot 💋💖🙏

Delicious food, great hidden gem of a place. If you're looking for Authentic Italian food this is the place to go! Everyone is very friendly, it's very clean, and the owners really dedicate themselves to assuring all their customers are enjoying everything.

Awesome food. Had the Mussels Fra Diavolo and this “devil monk” was the best. Fresh ingredients and lots of garlic it should have. Nice atmosphere. Great service.

The pizza we had was terrific, real New York style. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to those that enjoy Italian cuisine.

Ordered a slice of Sicilian pizza. Serving was more than enough for 2 eople and was delicious.

One of a very few places hat I really LOVE their pizza and garlic cheesy bread to die for! Great perk that they are close to home.

Me and Significant other ordered from them a few times. The food does not disappoint. We really liked everything we have ordered from them. Reminds me of back home (NY).
