Placed in Fairmont Hotel, Sushi Cafe has been a fantastic food experiece each time that I visit it. Staff are very friendly and attentive, may be too much, but this is normal in the most of medium-high level restaurants and hotels in Emirates. Sushi, Maki, Sashimi, Nigri, etc... with rest of all typical japanesse foods are so tasty. You can seat in high tables around a belt where plates are moving around the ghests. Dishes are prepared in front of you by Cheffs...who are talking with you and asking about your preferences in order to prepare next dishes according your answers. As alternative, you can sit in a separated table and order dishes from his assorted menu. In both cases, good experience, good food and good service,... Price medium but justified.

They have daily running sushi conveyor for 155 dhs including soft drinks. They also serve miso soup and edamame along with chef's pick of dishes cokked for you. The ambience is nice, very pleasant waitresses and chefs. Dishes were coming faster than I could eat :-D The sushi are modern style - Maki, Nigiri and Sashimi with little touches of sauce or greens. Beautiful presentation and taste. I would recommend to try Cafe Sushi in Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Abu Dhabi.
