Very pleased with the individual and attentive service from Koba? from Georgia who works at the women’s shoe section. He even brushed the shoe for me before putting it in the box. For a male, he did give some great advice on women’s shoe brand. Also was very patient even if the store was near closing 8:30pm.

My wife and I were in Manhattan for a week vacationing enjoying the shows, sites and particularly, the shopping. We love to shop at Saks Fifth Avenue wherever we travel. We stopped in and were greeted by Nick Bicer, Style Advisor, Mens Design. We have been shopping at Saks for many years throughout the country. Nick is exceptional! Our experience was nothing less than fantastic. Nick helped with our selection, accommodated our every need, and the tailors were fantastic. We had an incredible and memorable experience. Everyone was extremely personable! Nick reflects well of Saks Fifth Avenue and his positive attitude only enhanced our shopping experience. I would unequivocally recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and Nick for your next shopping experience!

Great place to shop they have all designer stores! It’s very crowded though, but the experience is nice! All the stores I went to the staff was very friendly.
