Order Ming thru the app is muy simple amigos. Try it. Was in and out in about two minutes. Took me longer to take pictures than to get my food and get out of there. I really like the pico they put on my Barito and the house dressing is delicious

Restaurant and bathrooms are clean most of the time. Employees are nice and welcoming. This place HAS to improve though on the cleanliness of where the food is. I’ve been a few times over the last two weeks and it’s always the same. Just looks so unappealing. I’d rather have the restaurant a little messy, but the food clean and organized. They have got to fix this bad habit. Also, the line moves SO SLOW. You finally get to order and they skimp you out on portion sizes. Tough experience from this location.

I think this is my first negative review I have ever taken time to post. First, I would like to say I am sympathetic to the restaurants adjusting to take out only during this time. I placed an order for pick up at 5:20. I was there at 5:22. I didn’t get my order until 5:50 after flagging down a couple employees, trying to be patient etc. Once I got home, I found that our food was luke warm at best and they forgot part of our order. It was incredibly frustrating tonight!

My enchiladas barely had any meat on them at all. There were multiple bites with literally just tortilla. The rice was crunchy and the beans weren’t cooked all the way either. I was so looking forward to my meal and was quite sad that it was not up to the usual standard from here.

Ordered online. Parked in designated spot at designated time. Someone came to the car within a few minutes, then didn't show up again. Waited ten minutes and finally got out and went to the door. Food was sitting on a table waiting. Half the order was wrong, no dressing was included for the salad, and there was a random hair in the queso... When the order's right and the food's clean, it's good, but there's better food and service for a better price than what I got today...

They keep messing up ordersI went there and I always get a Burrito, Black Beans, Beef, Mild Sauce, enchilada style.A month ago I go and order it, they gave me grilled chicken.I don't go back until today, gave them the same order over the phone and repeated it.They gave me medium sauce.Asked if they can change it and they did, I get home and they gave me sweet pork. This is sad, won't be going back anytime soon.

We did a curbside pick up and it was all good except a few things were missing in our Order the person who helped us was Lesley (I hope I’m spelling the name right!) and that was the only helpful person there, the lady at the front confronted the employee saying that she personally put the stuff there but I can assure u she didn’t, Lesley went above and beyond and helped us with a good attitude and excellent service! The lady behind the counter was rude and I’m Hispanic as well and I know they are busy but costumer service is very important! Lesley is the only reason I’m giving it a 5 star otherwise it would be a 1 Star, please reward Lesley for great costumer service!

Wow.... sat outside for 2 hours while the workers asked us our name a dozen times and never followed up. I finally had to go in and I pierced my order together myself because they had no organization. They were very busy, but completely unorganized. There were 2 gentlemen working their tails off, so 5 stars to those 2 employees who were the only ones working hard

We ordered take out picked it up at the curb. Ordering online stinks because it is hard to personalize your order. Only a standard menu is allowed. They couldn’t find my order and when they finally did I was in a hurry to get home with it warm. I should have thoroughly checked the bag because the order wasn’t correct, but by now I was home. They Forgot items Ordered to be on the side. The steak salad had about a quarter of a cup of steak on it and was $11.00. It was so not worth the money. Essentially paid for lettuce and a tortilla. We won’t be ordering anytime soon. Until we Can be inside and watch them make the meal and ensure they get it correct and give us what we’ve paid for. Total waste of money - very disappointing.

This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to write a bad review about anything, but I am beyond disappointed in my salad (again), it is the most chintzy salad you have ever seen! This isn’t the first time either, I try to give the benefit of doubt, but you can only do that so many times. My husband and I order weekly, so much so we are usually recognized before we give our name at pick up. Anyway with the economy being what it is right now, I would at least hope to get what we pay for and to have the order correct! Maybe time to start trying Costa Vida??

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! We asked them to double check our order after we waited 20 minutes. After another 20 minutes we asked again and they said they had lost our order but forgot to tell us. Another 40 minutes went by and they still didn’t have our food made. We’ve now been here over an hour and half and we’re still waiting. My husband went in to ask and after asking/explaining, the server said he was leaving so he’d need to talk to someone else.ZERO STARS!!!

not the worst experience but also not the best. line was massive and moving slower than your grand mammy with out her Walker. realized why when I got up there and the employees seemed to be more interested in each other then listening to the orders. guy in front of me told her sweet pork at least 5 times. nothing really thrown together with care. why can't they drain the beans and meat a little? seriously looks like soup when they throw it in there. no one was neccesarily rude, but no one was really that friendly either. when I asked for a lid for the leftovers the worker acted as if I asked her to summon the devil with a fiddle. and I ended up having to grab it myself. food is good as usual. but I wouldn't go too far out of my way to eat here.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from this location unless you feel like waiting almost an hour for your food!! I love cafe Rio but this location is the worst place ever! I will never return to this location!! Specially when the manager says “they have to prioritize catering orders before customers who have already placed an order! Such a horrible experience here!! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

This place is ALWAYS busy, but the food is well worth the wait. The kitchen is clean and you can even watch the cook make fresh tortillas. You are able to tell the people specifically what you want for you meal and they are sure to please you. The people are friendly and efficient. I love eating at Cafe Rio. It is clean and the condiments are well stocked.

Because cafe rio has serious consistency issues.. one day their tomoteo dressing is like ranch the next day it seems someone put in tabasco...
