Saturday I went with my family. Absolutely amazing meals and service. I started with a very tasty stuffed crab and a combination of cheese, smoked salmon, prosciutto and corn bread. After the appetizer, I ordered the most amazing liver tips with hand cut french fries. My wife had the "Spiritual Salted Cod fish" served in a casserole. It was divinal. To finish, a home made "grandmother pudding". It's only the best ever. A must go restaurant now under new owners. José Artur Cabral and Deolinda daRosa.

Great food and atmosphere

Great place for authentic Portuguese food and atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. This is under new ownership and the owner is visible greeting costumers and getting feed back every night. The one downside is the parking in the front is minimal and you risk being blocked in. I would recommend parking down the street near the church. Overall great experience and a place i will definitely be returning.

First time customer and found the restaurant very clean and bright with good service. A little wait for the food but it was well worth it... you could tell everything was cooked fresh and came pipping hot with a good size quantity..i would recommend it to everyone to try especially if you like Portuguese food..

Another hidden jewel in New Bedford 's south end. GREAT food, portions and service! A must try!!!
