Cafe Restaurant Yumefusen

This place is quirky, original & educational.With pictures from WW2 & other WW2 related images unique to the town of High Wycombe adorning the walls, along with reprints of newspapers of that era too, this cafe is as much a history lesson (an enjoyable one) as it is somewhere to eat & drink.But that's just a fraction of what's on offer.There's a replica Air Raid shelter & train carraige inside, along with a seating area which pays homage to how people's front rooms were back in the 1940's.It even has a piano. Though I'm not sure if any customers have ever played some old wartime songs on it.The menu is also just as quirky & the value for money is just incredible - just like the service.The Air Raid Cafe is now a firm favourite with my family & a trip to High Wycombe now, isn't complete without a visit.

How lovely that this delightful cafe has been created for us to enjoy, the ambience is so authentic from the decor to the music. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious and good value for money, I can highly recommend a visit, I shall certainly be returning.

Stopped for a bacon roll and a cuppa - fab if you want somewhere a bit different to all the coffee chains around. Definitely worth a visit

Very quirky and different, such a surprise to find this in the near-abandoned chilterns shopping centre. You can sit in an air raid shelter, train cabin or a 40s themed front room. Coffee and cake were delicious.

Great tea even better scones jam and cream. Highly recconend 10/10

Fantastic little cafe with amazing memorabilia and lovely music. Beautiful freshly cooked food, large portions and good prices. Excellent service - staff very friendly. Definitely worth a visit.
