Wow, just wow. This must be one of the best dining experiences in Amsterdam! The restaurant looks absolutely stunning, the food was as beautiful as it was delicious and the service was friendly and on fleek! While you'll have to dive a little deeper in your wallet than average in this city this place is absolutely worth the euros.Perfectly suitable for vegetarians, as the focus of the dishes are on home grown veggies!

Not one to normally leave reviews but....this is A must do dining experience when visiting Amsterdam. The food is next level fresh and the best part is the way they just serve you the menu ‘blind’ means you try some amazing things you might not have normally, and only what’s seasonally available.It’s a bit out of the centre but worth the 20 min walk or 8 min Uber ! The design is sleek and made an otherwise bleak day very bright :) We had brilliant service and was a birthday so the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate. You could come back, over and over as the menu changes constantly, and is reasonably priced!

Wonderful place. High quality dishes, fresh ingredients and creative combinations. The service is top notch, very throughtful and proactive. They can carter to differebt dietary restrictions and still maintain great level of flavor. Make sure you book, they tables are available only way in advance.

We came early and was able to get a seat in the limited seating restaurant. They don't take reservations. So far this place is our favorite since we arrived in Amsterdam. Cute, clean, good quality food and friendly service. I saw that the stew was a specialty of theirs and ordered it. Amazing! All the sides are served family style and there is plenty to go around. I'd definitely come back if ever in Amsterdam again.

I havent finished my menu yet but every dish is amazing. Service is also up to the level of the food, actually I cannot remember when I had such an amazing overall experience. Forget Michelin starred places and come here!

We had a great evening with some friends at De Kas. The restaurant has a very cool style with a great mix of people. The menu is very much based on high quality ingredients. Some of them can be checked out in the garden next to the restaurant. Wine and food was great, als the service was amazing. One of my all time favourites in Amsterdam.

Home-grown ingredients in delicious creative dishes. Book far in advance as it tends to be super busy. Worth the wait though ;)Set 5-6 course menu which changes regularly, so any photos you see take only as indication of kitchen style. What you might get with what's available when you're there could be totally different.Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food here is the best! I would never have expected healthy food to taste so rich. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, introducing each course with informative tidbits. Also, despite the prix fixe offering, the restaurant was incredibly accommodating with our party's dietary quirks!

Really great and beautifully plated food without the pretension. Five, six, seven or eight course tasting menu made from freshly grown produce. The entire establishment is a beautiful greenhouse with a dining room, bar and an adjacent garden. If you love artfully plated dishes with unusual layered flavors, you will love this. Price of dinner was very reasonable: five course dinner with one cocktail each plus a bottle of wine was only 85€ per person.

The place is located inside a lovely glass greenhouse. It's a big greenhouse, where they grow vegetables (as far as I know, some of them are used in the dishes). Food was amazing and unique. The atmosphere and service were excellent as well. The only thing I cannot comment on is the price, but the area is very commendable.

A must-do unique dining experience! if you're visiting Amsterdam, then you have to come to this restaurant - even though it's a little out of the way from the city centre, it is more than worth the trip. The USP is that everything you eat was picked from their garden that morning - and trust me you can taste the difference! Everything is so fresh. And you can tell they only have the best meat and fish suppliers for items they cannot grow on site.One of the best meals of my life.

Let me start by just saying BRAVO and OMG! Huge appreciation to the whole team working there and making every day quite some people happy thanks to a great time spent at this place. I’m not even speaking about the food itself and just about the atmosphere.Now let me speak about The Restaurant. First of all - hat off for the overall sustainable approach of doing business keeping it super seasonal (what a discovery of the richness of different ingredients), local and respectful to nature. Secondly - the serving: they make the dishes with a creative touch with lots of colors and everything seems so deeply thought. Then we come to the plate.. again.. the discovery of seasonal ingredients and its rich taste - just WOW! And last but not least - greatest service, knowing all the details and being there for whatever question.A definitely MUST VISIT for you in Amsterdam and MUST REVISIT for me:)Bravo!!

Superb dining experience. Each dish comes with a unique story. Everything was artistically presented and the staff were very attentive would definitely recommend this. If you want to try some fusion vegetable surprise dishes then this is the place to be. No set menu.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! The Michelin star is so well deserved. From the ambiance to the food, everything was wonderful! If you’re in Amsterdam, this place is a must do!
