Cafe Nordstrom

I love the perfume and cosmetics counters here. All sales personnel where very helpful and courteous. The store also provides samples of whatever cream, shadow or scent you desire, provided in special Nordstrom testers! AWESOME!!

Nordstrom cancelled the lease on the space and Boscov's will be moving in the former Nordstrom Space.

I will miss this place. I hear it already closed. The selection got better every year. This past Christmas I spent a lot of money on myself at Nordstrom and I have few regrets.

I can't afford socks in this place. I can find clothes that look the exact same for a tenth of the price. I can get a tailor made suit (and I'm 6'6" 290lbs) for less than this place charges for a shirt and pants. If you shop here, you're an idiot.

So me and my friend were in Nordstrom looking around and walking.. we were actually going to buy some sport bras there, but we found this cool area to take pictures. It wasn't prohibited to go in it, it was just a wall area.. this rude worker came and kicked us out, we asked why and he said because he said so. He wasn't even a manager just a rude worker. Never going here again.

I wanted to buy a dress in the store but I couldn’t find my size so one of the workers ordered my size on her computer and i asked for a size 2 but she ordered a 4. When i tried to change for a smaller number there was no more of my size(2). I told the lady was her fault so i asked if I could get the alterations for free since it was a mistake from the store and not mine but she didn’t give me attention and didn’t help me find a solution. I just thought a store like nordstrom would give a better attention to clients.

Prices a little high but latest fashions and incredible customer service

The layout of this store is very goodMost of the items in store are superior quality goods and at nordstroms you would expect to pay high prices however all of the items in this store are priced remarkably well and very afordable The staff is friendly and on point Talkative and helpful as well Good place to do your Holiday Shopping

Love!!! Nordstrom at Providence Place. Excellent Service from their holiday section to handbags and accessories. The store is the perfect size, and always willing to assist you find your items with a smile.

Some of the prices are reasonable despite it's costly reputation. The styles are fun and unique. What I love most is their customer service. If they don't have an item in stock, they are willing to call several stores to find it for you.

Overpriced but semi organized
