Best place to eat and cheap.

$14 for a sandwich that was sitting out all day and a drink...so that was fun. I live in ny so get prices are high but thats outrageous. also saw a woman who orderd cake and complained it was rock hard, and the lady behind the counter tried to tell her "thats the way its supposed to be". that thing looked like it could cut diamonds

I ordered linguine with tomato and basil sauce.. The pasta is made to order, so it takes some time but it tasted really good and I loved it smoking hot as it was really cold outside.. The ambience was okay as it was Christmas eve but they closed the downstairs seating for a while and it was difficult to find a place to sit

Convenient breakfast with a lot of choices

There was a bird in the ceiling Flying down the 1st day we visited. 2nd day no sign of the bird. The display of the food was deceiving because fruit lined the plates in the visuals but was not served with the dish. The food was good tho.

WALK AWAY!!! Mediocre breakfast. The waffles are hard and cold. The syrup, which you have to ask for, tastes very cheap. The advertisement on the wall and the display is deceiving, not to mention the food is overpriced. Service is plain and unwelcoming. Juliet probably needs some customer service training. Tables and chairs can be cleaned. (Please read the comments below as well)

The best hot chocolate i think I've ever had. Very reasonably priced food and very very very nice staff. I highly recommend making at least one visit here, then i think you will one back.

Meh, its another quick casual concept. Food is mediocre but convenient. Lots of options but nothing really stands out IMO.

I wanted to request receipt. The cashier asked me to wait for one second. After the second she helped another customer. She said I can't ask for receipt "two hours later" and should ask when I pay. You told me to wait and now blame me for being late? Shouldn't you ask whether I need receipt when I pay? I chose this store because the neighboring McDonald is too crowded. Now I understand why cafe metro is not popular.

The place is clean, staff are friendly. Pancakes are fluffy, pancake syrup is great. Coffee is very hot.

A peaceful oasis in the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food good quality. Restrooms clean.

This is one of the best places to eat inexpensively and with fresh tasty ingredients in the downtown area. Great soups

I got sick right after eating a bacon egg and cheese meal. But my co-op worker enjoyed hers.
