Best carrot cake I've ever had

The best carrot cake, guinness brownies and people we met in Nashville. Just to bask in their company is a delight. I had a pretty rough day and just called in with my cousin to cheers ourselves up and they were pure gold. Maryann went above and beyond in order to help us out of our predicament, getting her friends in "high places" from the mayors office to aid us. We then sat and chatted and and ate some beautiful cake and was elated by the time we left. (Maryann and Harlan I got through security and am typing this from the gate where I'll fly to NYC. Thank you again for your help and unerring hospitality. You redeemed my belief in people!!)

Always look forward to coming here when I travel to Nashville for business. Lots of healthy options and the service is always super great!

Visited Nashville to go to Titians / Raider Game, from Oregon. We were tried and hungry found Cafe Le Crumbs walked in and met Harland. What a treat, great food, I had the Spicy Tomato soup WOW! delicious, we shared a carrot cake for dessert, it was awesome!

This place is a hidden gem. You should to try a soup and sandwich and do not leave without a piece of the carrot cake! I have been ordering from this lovely couple for years and they still serve up the same quality and portions with a smile!

First, I have to state how incredibly wonderful the food is. I have never had a better desert. Also, I recently tried the broccoli cheddar soup, and Panera Bread has nothing on them. Further, the staff; as well as, the owner have been so nice and accommodating. I this is definitely a spot for the locals. Almost everyone that come in they knew by name. I am vacationing here with my 9 month old, and they helped to make my stay a more pleasant experience.

Walking around Nashville today and came across Cafe Le Crumbs. Have been here for 5 days and this was one of the best meals we've had! Spice tomato soup was full of robust flavor and delicious. Chicken salad was excellent. Carrot cake is the best I've eaten in a long time. The only thing that could match the food was the friendly conversation with owner Harlan. If you need a bit of lunch you won't be disappointed at Cafe Le Crumbs.

This food is amazing! Best Homemade Sandwiches, Soups & Desserts... owners are really cool too! Wish they were open in the evenings too! Glad they are downtown

A gem in downtown Nashville! I always love having lunch at Crumbs. Mary Anne is so kind and makes you feel right at home! They have a great location so make sure to stop by!

There is no better place to have a casual lunch in Nashville. The consistency of quality and value along with the laid back atmosphere of this place is why I continue to eat here so often. A great gem hidden in plain sight. Beyond the food and atmosphere, the owners are so wonderful. Genuinely great people helping others. That's where I want to spend my money!

The owner is a class act! She was giving away free lunch today to support our government workers whom aren't getting paid. I tried to pay her, but she wouldn't have it. Sandwich was amazingly good and the piece of Carrot Cake I had was amazing.

Everything we had was extremely fresh, and wonderfully seasoned. I don't think we can come through downtown between 11 and 3 without stopping here. Delicious.

Panera could never come close in comparison to Crumbs !
