Coffee is delicious in a retro atmosphere shop.I can not recommend it to those who care about the smell of cigarettes.There is also JT in the vicinity, and it is a recommended spot for smokers.

Best café in this part of Tokyo! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. It’s peaceful and quiet place, not too crowded. Prices are excellent. They speak english and of course have a menu in english language. Come here if you want to drink really good coffee!:)
