Cafe Hollander

Went at about 9a.m. On a Monday and It wasn’t to busy, started to pick up after about an hour. Ordered the cheese and sausage omelette and a black coffee. Food was really good. A little pricey, but worth the splurge. Waiter was friendly and super nice. Cute inside and looks like a fun place to have a drink after work, with a huge beer of tap list as well as bourbon and scotch!

We love coming to Cafe Hollander! We’re usually not able to get there until later, and thankfully they have later hours. But sometimes by that point, servers are a little worn-down; we get it, it’s no big deal, so are we. But tonight we went to Cafe Hollander and Page was our server. She was AWESOME. Our drinks were never emptier than we wanted them to be, she was always nice, and never difficult to find. Our food came on time and was exactly to order. We hope Page gets all the gold stars they have to give!

Amazing beer selection but absolutely blah food. The best you can say is it's OK. It's all standard Sysco fare but nothing is very good. Breakfast was far and away better than lunch or dinner but I can say after giving them a few tries to see if I just caught them on a bad day I can safely say I didn't. Highly recommend grabbing a few drinks here but don't come here expecting to get good food.

We really enjoyed the recommendations made by our awesome server Sabrina! The skewer appetizer was delicious, as well as the meatloaf. Thank you for making our birthday dinner so special!

Stopped in a few months ago on our way to visit family in Minnesota. We had Justine as our server, and let me just tell you she is FANTASTIC. Never had even a half empty cup, she answered any questions (however silly they may have been) with a smile and radiated a warmth that all servers should have. Will definitely stop back in for Justine when we visit later this year!

Brain was great at the bar. He really made us feel welcome amongst the swarm of people. The BLT & A was good, and the basil aioli was fabulous on the breakfast potatoes. Quiche was over cooked and dry and the salad was a bit over dressed. However this was one of the better experiences I've had here.

Must try their Crisy Fried Brussels Sprouts and House made Cheese Curds. Its so tempting and yummy. The ambience is good and the waiters are so polite and helpful.

Randomly searched for a good brunch restaurant in Madison and so glad I came across this place. I love a good bloody mary and the food was very good. Great service also. Highly recommend this place.

Blackened shrimp salad was amazing! The staff and ambience was equally nice. A wonderful menu aimed to please any diet, and an impressive adult beverage menu to boot. Enjoyed so much I cannot wait to return.

My daughter and I had breakfast at Cafe Hollander this morning and our server Sabrina was most attentive and helpful, keeping us well supplied with coffee and tending to our on-going needs. Also good reviews to the gruyere cheese. mushroom and sauteed onion omelette:-)

We're so excited to have found the cafe Hollander! We love the "sister" restaurants in the Milwaukee area and are happy to have this company closer to home. Vibe is very cool, food is interesting and delicious, kids meals are nice! Pricy but rightly so. Portion size is just right and the food always tastes fresh.

This place is amazing. The portions are small, but the prices are appropriate for the phenomenal quality. I prefer not having a massive, heavy breakfast, so I thought the portions were perfect. We had the berry Belgian waffle and salmon toasts. Great service, obviously very popular so they are only trying to turn tables so everyone can enjoy! Definitely a top brunch spot in Madison.

We visit Madison two or three times a year. We always ended coming back here because it never disappoints. I love their vegetarian burger but this time I got the smoked beet and tempeh Reuben, it was great! My husband got the Kulminator and loved it as well. We will be coming back for sure! I didn't give the five stars just because I am always freezing here 😁

Delicious food although during big events some seriously long wait lines. Best to sign up online and go through the queue that way. GREAT food ... even offer pillows for seating comfort :) Great lighting, ambiance atmosphere and overall craft and world beer selections/decor.

We were so happy to find Cafe Hollander for lunch/brunch the other day. We were starving so we started with the brisket poutine which was fabulous. My boyfriend got the smokehouse burger which was cooked perfectly and I went for the BlackBerry Turkey which was delicious. The best part of our meal was our server Justine! She was so friendly and knowledgeable with great customer service. Justine gets 10 stars from us!
