Great place to live, great people, awesome amenities

The five star is only for Ericka. I lived there with my husband for one year, Ericka the representative is the best at this place, she helps a lot, she solve our problems she’s very welcoming and friendly so the five star is only for her! The manager of this place is kinda tough person she should be more welcoming and smiling! I like the maintenance staff they smile at your face all the time and they welcome you too and they do their job. About the place I expect more than what I had for that price. I lived before at the Villiage in irvine, ca. Owned by “irvine company”, for four years. But I had double what I get in 9750 for the same price. Honestly it’s only the gym has more machines than irvine. But every thing else is way different and better. Also I would like to add that ppl who live at this place they never say hello or hood morning 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol . Anyway thanks 9750 for having me this year . In total it was a nice experience, and good location.
