It's good. It's consistent. But they use mass produced plastic bread in their sarnies. Ugh. They could improve and use genuine bread.

Standard Pret in an airport. On the top floor of the duty free area. can get quite busy and queues tend to pile up. There are seats but it can be a struggle to get one. Useful to note that there is a departures board here just by the seating area which can be handy if you're waiting here with a coffee. Otherwise it's typical pret, sandwiches, fruit pots, crisps and hot food and coffee.

We've been really surprised by the warmth of Pret's staff, specially Yan who is a genious! The best place we've been to in England so far. By the way, the coffee is very good, and the chocolate brownie is amazing.
