Coffee was great tasting and HOT. London Fog and Chai tea were done perfectly! Nice and hot! Desserts tasted fresh and were mouth watering. Excellent choice for a drink and snack. Place was extremely clean and quiet with tons of seating.

Everything is just ok nothing stands out . The hospital cafe on the 1st floor is much better has Starbucks coffee fresh salad bar and pizza and hot fresh food

Very very inconsistent with their coffee serving sizes if you have your own mug. The staff just guesses when they are pouring your coffee. They should measure the coffee in their own cups then pour it in people's mugs. Then they only give you 0.10 discount for having your own mug. Cheap!!! Pastries are NOT FRESH. Starbucks is better than this. I bring my own coffee now (unless I am running late) cause this little coffee shop just pisses me off and is cheap on their customers.

Expensive but a handful of eatable options. Coffee tastes average if compared to Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Sandwich, soup, breads and cookies are there but a bit expensive. I don't recommend this to anyone instead give you 2 options.Options: Starbucks in next building and Tim Hortons 600 metres walk. Use Google maps.

Located in Vancouver General Hospital, Cafe Ami is a great little eatery. Great sandwiches, fruit smoothies, desserts and lattes as well as regular coffee. I have never been disappointed with what I have ordered.

Great location. If there wasn't a coffee shop right there you would just have to sit there bored WITHOUT a coffee and that would be terrible.It's actually not a bad coffee shop.
