Went for cabane a sucre. Need to make reservation. Two services per day, at 11am or 1pm. Family ran, cozy and lively atmosphere. Great energy throughout. Very well organized, service was orderly and attentive. Dance performance at the end was a pleasant surprise. Pretty French speaking but that's what makes it authentic too I suppose.
