Busters Pizza

I am only giving 3 stars because the owner promptly refunded me no questions asked and offered to remake the food kindly. Otherwise I would’ve given 1 star.The donair pizza had ground up donair meat, onions and cheese. No tomato. Severely watered down sweet sauce. The sweet sauce we got on the side extra tasted like water and vinegar. Awful. Dark hair embedded in the cheese.Cheese sticks were decent, however the marinara is literally tomato paste out of a can, cold. Not marinara.The giant cookie was cold, and spongey with no flavour. Like none. It tasted like flour and sponge. The salad was decent. I won’t return.

The pizza was great and so was the mac & cheese bites.

Ordered our pizza, and the person on the phone did not tell us the price, nor the waiting time. We waited an hour - still no pizza, so I called. The lady said the driver was on their way. Waited another half an hour more - still no pizza, call again. The lady said "hello", I stared talking, and it was clear she passed the phone on to someone else, who was quite rude with me. She told me it's not the drivers fault because of where I live, and I told her if it was any other pizza place I would have received the pizza within half an hour, she interrupted and said "listen!" and continued to be rude to me. So I told her that next time I will be ordering pizza some place else because not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before I actually got my pizza, but she was rude to her customers, and she responded with "that's your choice", and hung up. If you don't care about your customers, why are you even in business?

Excellent food and service

Why a large pizza costs $40 is beyond me. I can't figure out how they stay in business. Their Donair is good tho. However mine wasn't wrapped very well and made a mess. I suggest pressing the Donair.

Very Clean, Friendly Atmosphere, Great Location, Amazing Pizza!!!

Ordered this location 2 times off skip the dishes (Apr 3+4). The first time I ordered 2 donairs and 2 drinks I only received 1 donair and 2 different drinks. The next day ordered 2 donair combos, so fries and drinks and low and behold fries don't come with it. I called and they said if I wanted fries I needed to pay more... well a super donair is $9 and the combo is $14 so a $5 difference but I need to pay more?? I dealt with skip the dishes and they weren't any help either.Also the lady I talked to was very aggressive and hostile they had 3 ways of dealing with it.1. Customer is always right type deal and I paid for fries twice so send out fries.2. Reimburse some of the money to compensate the difference.3. tell the customer he is wrong and we're right and now we have your money so we win.with this situation they choose the worst option.I will never order busters again based off of this experience.

The guy taking our order barely looked at us and had to be prompted to talk. Did not even know if he understood order. The order was right. The pizza is not as good as it used to be. He had three drivers sitting in there, all three were parked right outside door which left no room for customers to park. I told him about this he said there is not a lot of parking. Right beside building maybe 10 feet is Safeway parking. Not one driver made an attempt to move or apologize. I said sometimes I have problems walking. If I can walk a few feet so can those drivers. Yet again only staff in the building and all parked right In front of the door. They do not care about their customers. I will not go there again and I will not recommend them to anyone

Got two large pizzas from this location and they are yummy good the staff here are very friendly. Thank you I diffiantly recommend 😎🙂

Great pizza. Enjoyed each bite, and cream cheese cinnamon sticks freshly made was a damned good dessert

We ordered a donair pizza and firestarter pizza and hot wings. The donair one was good. But the firestarter was not good at all, we added shrimp and the whole pizza tasted like old fish, and there was no spice to it at all. The wings were good but were supposed to be hot but there was no spice to it at all. Definitely won't be ordering this again.

Definitely won't order again. Food was barely ok. Pizza descent. Poutine what a joke barely any gravy and maybe 4 pieces of curds for $5 seriously. Chicken wings were very bland. Lots of better place to order from than here.

Just stopped here now after calling their number to order pick up from Google maps. I asked for a donair, and baked spaghetti for pick up. When we got there, we also picked up a drink. However, after being charged 24$ for it, we then saw a menu at the till that had the EXACT SAME thing we just ordered as a special with 2 cans of pop for 15$!! When we asked why we were charged an extra 9$ instead of the 15$ special, she said we were supposed to "tell her" that we wanted that offer. Excuse me? It's the exact same thing. Absolutely cannot believe what terrible customer service this was and she offered no refund or admitted she was obviously over charging us. I have never contacted a manager before while getting food and this is the first time I will as I'm so taken aback at the horrid appalling way they handled us as repeat customers. It's not that hard to do your job properly and not overcharge customers. Disgusting.
