Burwell's Stone Fire Grill

Gotta say that this place exceeded my expectations! You'll definitely spend over $100 easily but it's worth it. Prices are a little lower than say Hall's and the food is just as good. Wife had the filet mignon and I got the New York strip. Man both were tasty and flavorful. We were both on a trip to Flavor Town the entire time. Paired our steaks with their sauteed mushrooms and sprouts. Oh yeah we got the deviled eggs topped with candied bacon for an appetizer. Yes they were the 💣

Burwell's was a spur of the moment decision for us, but ended up being an amazing dining experience. We were in the mood for steak and were not disappointed. We ordered the hanger steak and a petit filet. I normally show photos, but once the entrees were served, we both dove right in! Both were juicy, tender, and satisfied that urge for a great steak. We found out that the steak was from grass fed cows, which means they are more nutritious than ordinary beef. Theresa was our server and she was so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and cuts of beef. She was happy to accommodate us with any requests we had and made our dining experience that much better! The dinner rolls were delicious! A wonderful dining experience!!!

It's rare that we give 5Stars. Not because we're hard to please, but because I believe if there's s referral to give from us, it should be very HONEST. This place gave the most awesome experience to our clients. I as well as them are very impressed. Special thanks to Chef Gee and the Pastry Chef for the knowledge and experience. Also, to the owners who were very personable and attentive. Great for romance, hanging out, or small groups. Our clients visiting Charleston, SC, will have this as a choice of fine dining.
