Burro Bar South End

We went there for dinner and the service was not amazing, the food was overpriced and not so wonderful. We ordered street corn and it came out cold told our server and was advised that’s how it should be, The beers were good and cold! The chips and salsa actually was definitely amazing!The bill for for a part of 2 adults and 1 child for appetizer, two entrees, 2 cokes and 3 beers was about $85Best part of the dinner was the post card!

Ordered food at bar (fajita) Bartenders were pretty bad. Had to ask them for everything. May I please have utensils?. Then food came. May I please have a plate? More Interested in talking to each other. If the food was good I would have given 4 stars but it wasn't. Won't go back

This place is worth a try. They have big portions for convenient prices. Constantly well organized and with excellent character. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this place. The food was good, the music was good, the waitress was friendly and helpful. Had the special of the day. The Playlist was perfect but a touch loud, couldn't talk to the people at my table. Otherwise, would probably go every day. A bit pricey but it's Boston so it's to be expected. The tacos are ordered one at a time, and they charge for refill of chips and salsa. But the salsa was tasty and the chips were locally made.

Best time ever at Burro Bar for my sister's birthday dinner. The ambiance was great, the food was delicious and the service was awesome! Waitor Andre rocks!!

Everything about our dining experience at Burro Bar was very average. I did think the menu prices were high for the quality of food and ingredients. I liked the margarita though. We asked for a side of avocado and were given guacamole... we then had to wait 10 more minutes for sliced avocado. When splitting the bill the restaurant double charged me but was upfront with me and fixed it.

Amazing cocktails and knowledgeable bartenders. Great ambiance, good for date night. Tapas good for sharing; everything we ordered was fantastic, but the bread might have been the winner: delicious, flaky, with warm melty butter. the cheese selection is also amazing and the staff gives great recommendations.

As someone who frequents and loves the Brookline Burro Bar location, I had high expectations for the South End restaurant. These expectations were met and exceeded! Had the tuna fajita as part of the Fajita Monday menu, and it was a delicious dish. Great cocktail menu as always.

So happy to have a causal bar (& restaurant) come to the South End. I went for drinks for the soft opening last week and the atmosphere is great! Really excited to go back and try the food.

Great vibe, and delicious brunch. The salsa was *kisses fingers* fantastic. I also got the Mexican ice cream sundae, which was great

The food and chips were delicious. The drinks were mixed perfectly. Yosselin was the best waitress i've had in my one week Boston visit.

Nice enough. Went for drinks on an early Sunday evening, but trying to talk with my friends was tough as the music was exceptionally loud

We went there on the weekend and it is $21 for all you want to eat from tacos, sandwiches and desserts. A must try on the weekend.

A great addition to a part of an otherwise vibrant neighborhood that was a little...basic in cuisine options. I get their loaded nachos every time, and they're so good and plenty enough to count as a meal on their own. Margaritas and drink selection are fantastic. Tacos, especially the pork carnitas with feta and apple, are amazing. Prices ARE a LITTLE up there, especially for the tacos. They do have a great patio space in the back though, air conditioned and covered, which makes for great outdoor seating in the summer.
