Burrito Betty's Mexican Grill

Sooooo good! Usually go to Maine for sea food, but we tried it and I'm not sure if I could visit the area and not go to this place!

I went to a friend's house tonight and she had ordered burrito Betty's of everything that they have from burritos to nachos to their amazing salsa and guacamole. However my one thing that if I was to have let's say a complaint is it seems that there is so much like rice and everything like a lot of rice which in my mind says you know it's a lot of rice a lot less meat and that's how I felt but the taste was delicious the food was seeming to be fresh I just found way too much rice compared to the meat which is really what I would want in my burrito with more meat than anything just my opinion

We have been here a few times and the food is pretty consistent, you also get your money's worth as the portions are huge. The only downside is that is seems like they are always short staffed. The few times we have been here there were not many other people there and the service was slow, a bunch of tables that needed to be cleaned etc... Other than that, I like it here better than Guac and Roll.

From the beautiful decor, attentive staff & owner, great drinks (try the pineapple Margarita if you like spicy!), and amazing menu that makes it hard to choose, Burrito Betty's is a real find. Coming from Arizona (where we're pretty picky about Mexican food!), Burrito Betty's is the real deal! The chips and salsa are fantastic and their own blend is spot on. I highly recommend the drunken scallops, so much flavor. My husband loved his beef chimicanga and try as he may, couldn't finish it there was just too much! We can't wait to go back and try another dish, there's just so much to choose from! Go visit Burrito Betty's, you can thank me later!

Nice little Roadside Canteen. Great stop for Happy Hour drink and food specials. Worth the stop for a break from the road.

Excellent service. Tasty and generous margaritas. My son loved his Beijing Burrito. That said, as a longtime seeker for Truly Excellent Burritos, I feel I should inform you that I strongly suspect no Mexicans were involved at any point in the development of this menu, nor in the making of these burritos.

Very friendly staff, very focused on your satisfaction. Homemade sour mix for their margaritas, delicious. I enjoyed the chicken tacos, I will be back!

Got the haddock and scallops burrito. Fresh ingredients made for a really good burrito. Very reasonable prices. Outdoor space and ample parking.

The massive steak burrito bomb was an experience. Very well spiced, as much food as I could eat, and enough for lunch and dinner tomorrow. The drinks here we're also good, if not a little inconsistent (one margarita was pretty sour, and the next one was more sweet. Both were good though.)

Burrito Betty's is one of my favorite restaurants in town, their food is awesome especially the fish tacos! If you're in the area it is a must stop for food or their awesome margs.

"The Texan" was recommended by a very nice counter girl and she was right! Ridiculously amazing layers of fresh flavors with a smile! Coming back again for sure!

Heard great things made a trip from Portsmouth steak topping was over cooked and very tough mentioned to bar tender and she did not seem to care. Love Mexican food but won't be going there again.

My wife and I stopped by for a date night and were really pleased with the food. I ordered the pineapple Habeñero margarita and MY GOODNESS! This thing does not pull its punch. Kudos to to the burrito Betty's team for this one. We enjoyed the chips and salsa, an I got the traditional burrito with flank steak, and my wife got the steak fajitas. Portions were generous and flavors were excellent. My only suggestion would be to cut the steak up into smaller so you don't inadvertently remove entire strips of steak with one bite. For dessert we had the chief is and they were nice and crunchy on the outsider and warm and tender on the inside. Definitely would come back!
