We are Burlington’s co-op brewery and restaurant located in the historic downtown. We believe that a strong community is built around engaged businesses that give back to their community and that there is no better model than the co-op for this purpose. Our owners are not just owners of a brewery and restaurant; they are also owners of an engine driving the revitalization of Burlington. Local craft beer. Innovative cocktail and wine selection. Fresh, local ingredients. Inspired entrees.

Just Me
Oh how I wanted to really love this place. Burlington needs it. The first visit we had the burgers. They were good, not outstanding. Second visit, the new chef was on board and dinner was good and flavorful. Service was a bit too slow. The feel of the place lacks something even though it is a nice facility. Third visit for lunch, they were out of several things on a very limited lunch menu and service was terribly slow. I saw a lot of the tables waiting for their food and then have to eat really quickly to get back to their jobs. The food was not satisfying at all. My shrimp po' boy was greasy and too much batter. The meatloaf looked like it had been sitting around awhile. The serving sizes varied from plate to plate as well. I like that they use local ingredients but something is just missing for me. Everyone is nice there but it has missed the mark for me. Nothing is memorable except the slow, slow service and less than memorable food.

We've been here several times and the food and beer have been good! I love the brunch menu! My Glencoe burger and truffle fries were so delicious! I wish the dinner menu had a few more options, but maybe that's a goal for later on? Not sure if there's a kid's menu, but that might be nice too! The main thing I would like to see is a designated "host" stand. The sign out front says "please see host," but really it should say "stand near the doorway looking confused until someone sees you and tells you to sit wherever!" This has happened to everyone I've seen come in during the times that we've been here. We love coming to downtown Burlington and it's nice to have this beer co-op here! We'll definitely be back!
