Burgerville

I have been eating at this location for many years. I average about 5 to 6 times a month. The last 3 times I have gone through the Drive-through I have ordered double cheeseburgers. All three times I have received single cheeseburgers. Tonight was the 3rd time. I realize I could go back and complain but I did not have time. I am officially done with this location prices are way too high for this Mediocre service.

Love the burger. 4th best burger in my book

Super expensive but decent fast food

Always enjoy stopping here on my way through Newberg. They've always been speedy, kind, and I do not believe they have ever messed up our orders.

Literally the worst. I waited over 15 minutes, inside, for a burger and a milkshake. Their excuse wasn't that they were packed (no seats and drive 9+ cars) and also overstaffed (16+ ppl), but that the buns were sticking together in the toaster. Yet the bun boy kept loading it up. The wait and price was not worth it for the pitiful excuse. Also, rudest customers ever. Walking in front of you while in line, to make their sauce demands known. Worst Burgerville experience.

The Hazel Nut Milkshakes are the best! Beware because you can't just order milkshakes without ordering a burger too 😉! A bunch of locations in Portland to serve you! It's awesome!

Used to love love love burgerville but they changed the fries, used to have the best fries now they are gross.

Fresh and delicious hamburgers. Enough said.

This place is one of my favorites! The employees are professional and friendly. The quality of the food is exceptional. I also appreciate the fact that they source local products and sustainable paper products.

We usually love burgerville but this time.I ordered a hazelnut milkshake, Tillamook cheese burger basket .A double cheeseburger and just a another Tillamook cheeseburger no basket to go .They gave me just a single cheeseburger not Double. And the Tillamook cheese burger to go had no tomatoes & a skimpy shred of lettuce. Don't think I 'll go back . So disappointed

Burgerville Newberg is a win for a quick bite. The drive through is pokey so consider just running in for faster service. The No. 6 Burger came and went which was a surprise as it was crafted with local ingredients and rivaled the other popular options that have cropped up around the metropolitan area. I thought the No. 6 burger stood up to Little Big Burger, for instance. The new cheese burger is a good but not quite like that No. 6. Come back to us 6!

It's been awhile that I have eaten a burger that looks like the pictures on the menu!..

Now they have dairy free shakes at no additional cost, using a coconut milk base. They have had gluten free buns for awhile too.

I love Burgerville. The food is great and the shake options are always good. The lady that took my order in the drive through was a little short with me as I was ordering, but other than the food and experience was good. They make any of their shakes with coconut milk if you request it, they call it coconut bliss.
