Great staff, great service, food is great and is prepared in a timely manner... very friendly environment... all of the staff is wonderful and friendly.

Charges $10 "birthday cake fee." Is this charge advertised on their website or social media page? No. Do they offer birthday cake for you to purchase as a dessert? No. Do they offer plates or cutting utensils, possibly the reason being for the charge as dishwashing expense? Also, no. Even worse, the food is average, and the service is slow. I would not recommend this restaurant for celebrating a birthday or even a location for dinner. Apparently robbing customers is their only specialty.

Good atmosphere. The burger was good but just not the big wow I was expecting.

We decided to go to Burgers and Blues for my dad's retirement celebration and it was well worth it! The manager, Ashley, and our server, Angela, treated us like royalty! And the food was just outstanding! Then we ended with some of their milkshakes and let me tell you... deliciousness!!! Do yourself a huge favor and give this place a try! You can't order anything that isn't awesome Oh...and live music every night? Whaaaaaaaaaat?

They have every type of burger you could want! Beef, Turkey, garden! No one would be left out! You can create you own or customize what they already make to suit you. Awesome service too. Will was great! Attentive, quick, and knowledgable.

I love the look of the restaurant and the outdoor seating was great! Fully covered, but very spacious, and the tables were picnic tables. The whole staff was fantastic. They were so friendly and upbeat. The food was just not great to me. It wasn't bad, but I doubt I would go back. I got the Annihilator; it's a burger with a fried egg and bacon. The "bun" was actually two grilled cheese sandwiches. It was good, but the grilled cheese was just white bread with Kraft slice cheese. The burger was a bit dry and underseasoned. My husband got the Croque Madame. I thought it was really delicious, but he did pull off some egg white which had not been cooked at all. Not undercooked, actually not cooked at all. The hash browns his meal came with were yummy. Some of the food was pretty good, but it was mostly cheap ingredients. I guess I just didn't realize it was just bar food.

Super friendly staff and good food. Only disappointment was the menu and prices shown online they wouldn't honor because they were changing menu and prices

The waitress was very sweet! We ordered a Club Sandwich and onion rings for me and a Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich the menu said it came with coleslaw on it. He did not get the slaw so the sandwich was dry. He asked for some BBQ sauce but was not told it would cost 75 cents extra. We asked why the sandwich did not have slaw and we were told the menu say's it does but they hardly ever put it on. For our onion rings we asked for dipping sauce for both of us. That was $1.50 more. I felt like if you were gonna charge me you would at least tell us to make sure we still wanted it. Last trip for us. No wonder place e was almost empty on a Saturday night.

The atmosphere was good but from the beginning I was disappointed. I wanted to sit inside but the waitress put us outside. I said again I didn’t want to sit out there but she directed us to a table still. The burgers were not good they lacked flavor and were dry. I expect more from this place. This was the second time I was giving it a shot the first time I ate a philly off the food truck and it was the same way. Very mediocre. Definitely won’t be going back

The outside area is great - it has 4 TVs and tons of space, they even had on overhead heaters to offset the chill in the air. Burgers and salads were yum, too. Very cool!

Loved the fact that I went to another place and was 8 mins away. My food was ready when I arrived. On the phone they said 15 mins I got there in 9 mins. I ordered the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. In my opinion I would have liked a little more seasoning on the turkey patty. Food was good though just a little more seasoning for me. But wonderful people and nice environment.
